Making new friends as an adult can be tough for a few reasons. One of the main challenges is that our social circles tend to get smaller as we get older. When we're kids or teenagers, we naturally meet people through school, extracurricular activities, or even neighborhood play. But as adults, responsibilities like work, family, and other commitments take up a lot of our time, leaving fewer opportunities to meet new people.
