Episode 192 - King Shampz Pt. 2

Returning to the show this week is Philadelphia MC and Dead Wrong Records lead man King Shampz who you’ve probably heard mentioned before in this show even outside of his first interview! As one of the most consistent artists we know we’re always happy to get some of his expertise and perspective and this week he had a lot more to give! The primary point of discussion was on his newly released album “Rise of Corleone” that has been released since the time of our conversation. He talks about working with his brother Azzan to craft a thorough sound bed to carve out his lyrical story over and how the time taken to make the project really paid off in its overall quality and end result. He also touched on Dead Wrong Records continued mission for bar raising music and how they’ll eventually be helping and collaborating with other acts around the globe to help them fulfill their own visions.
