Nolan Thevenet is the owner of Stryker Farm in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. He is a first generation farmer, raising pigs and goats which he sells through grocery stores, restaurants, and off the farm at his brand new farm stand. His goal is to provide full transparency for those who want to learn more about their food and it’s origins.
