Episode 193: Sacramento's Michael Cera & Michael Angarano embrace the mystery of adulthood

from ScreenFish · host ScreenFish

Directed by Michael Angarano, SACRAMENTO tells the story of Glenn (Michael Cera), a young married man on the cusp of fatherhood. As he awaits word on the state of his job, Glenn spends his days preparing for the baby as best he can while his wife (Kristen Stewart) works from home. But their life is upended when Glenn’s old friend, Rickey (Michael Angarano) arrives. A free-spirited young man who wants to enjoy life, Rickey invites Glenn on an impromptu drive across California. Although Glenn has concerns, he reluctantly embraces the opportunity, leaving the safety of his home for the madness of the open road. In this 1on1, we speak to Angarano and Cera about losing control and parental baggage.
