Episode 2-5: An Undertale With Dusklight!

from Very Good Music: A VGM Podcast · host bedroth & Shootkapow

Greetings, gamers. I decided to drop this one a day early, since at least my American listeners may be a little bit distracted on November 3rd, and who knows where we'll be come Wednesday morning? I hope you enjoy this little bit of escapism. We love you all! This week, the guys are once again joined by Dusklight, who will be taking us on a musical tour of her favorite game: Undertale! If you've heard podcasts on this subject before, you'll probably recognize some of the tunes we're playing; however, you'll be hearing about the game's characters and high points of the pacifist, neutral, and genocide stories from the perspective of a very enthusiastic fan, along with her favorite musical points along the way. If you haven't played the game and plan to some day, BEWARE: HERE BE SPOILERS!! This game's story is best experienced first-hand. Just be sure to come back and check out the episode when you're done. ;) Special thanks as always to our patrons: Alex Messenger of A VGM Journey, The Last Rican of VGM Fight Club, Skeletroy of SNES Thrash Remixes on YouTube, and Carlos Leon-Roman of the Heroes Three Podcast. Thanks also to Skeletroy for our theme song and th Carlos and Ben "The Diad" Dishman for the show's artwork! Links to our patrons work is in the show notes.
