Our topic this week is Domestic Violence, we invited our friend Kayla who has experienced domestic abuse (both physically and mentally), like we have as well. We found it very therapeutic to tell our stories and share our different experiences, and we hope that can help people out there either recognize the signs or at least encourage them to reach out for help!
