When Chief Green turned 18-years old he joined the department along with his childhood friends. Chief Green rapidly grew into leadership roles within the department achieving the rank of Lieutenant at 21, Captain at 23, Second Deputy Chief at 25 and now at 37, the First Assistant Chief.
