This week we sit down with the Earl himself, Rich Kilbride of Big Earl’s Dirt and Snow, out of Redwood Meadows, Alberta. Rich is one of the most down to earth gentlemen I have had the pleasure of meeting. He also knows a thing or two about fencing, which is how I originally met him, as he built our acreage fence. We talk about the great community of redwood meadows, how other local landscape construction companies work together, rather than cutthroat compete, his path to starting Big Earl’s, and yes, we even get a little political.
