Episode #2: Curiosity & Shame

In this episode I wanted to expand a little more on the concept and practice of curiosity, specifically in contrast to the experience of shame, and shame stories that we can collect over time and read ourselves into. This episode concludes with how we can begin to utilize the tools and practice of curiosity to find healing for ourselves from our own shame stories.
