Episode 2: Greg T. Shyne - "It's Just Me and My Mom"

Greg T. Shyne started getting into real estate about the same time TJ moved to Dallas. They met at an event and their no B.S. approach to real estate investing was very similar; however, almost a decade later, their teams could not look any different from each other. The TNT Office has an 11 person team, a 4000 sqft office, and all the overhead that comes with it. Greg on the other hand gets it done with a 2 person team, his mom and him, and a handful of Virtual Assistants. As different as these teams are, they still approach sellers with an honest offer that, "Won't be your highest offer, but it will be your best offer," because they are trying to do more than just throw money at the seller. They are problem solvers and uncovering the true motivation behind selling. That's much more valuable than dumping cash on someone and leaving them to solve their own problem. That's a disservice to the seller. Greg is also a loudmouth on FB, so TJ grills him on some of his more interesting posts from the past few months.
