Episode 2: How I Got Here Codependency doesn’t start with dating the wrong men. Sometimes, it starts in childhood. In this episode, I’m getting personal about growing up with an alcoholic father, learning to read the room, keeping the peace, and becoming the girl who thought love had to be earned. I’m sharing how those childhood survival patterns followed me into adulthood, shaped my relationships, and eventually led me to create The Unchased Life. Because sometimes, understanding where the chasing started is the first step toward finally stopping.
