Kent, along with his wife Pam, founded The Temple Team, which has grown to be a leader in residential real estate sales in the Charlotte / Lake Norman area of North Carolina. Kent is the Managing Partner of the Keller Williams offices at Lake Norman Mooresville and Lake Norman Cornelius, as well as an owner / investor in three other offices. In 2016, he became a member of a select group when he was accepted as a Keller Williams University International Master Faculty. He enjoys traveling the country speaking to real estate professionals about growing their business, their team, building their empire, and improving their presentation skills to help them get to the life of abundance they deserve.We talk about real estate business plans and how they have and have not changed with regards to the market shift we are currently in.
