Episode 2 - Leah's Journey with Crohn's Disease

Today I am joined with Leah who has Crohn's Disease she shares her journey so far. She was diognosed 2 years ago when she was 20 years Old, but she has had symtoms for 8 years she thinks she could of got diognosed much earlier. We talk how much Alcohol and smoking can affect you with IBD and that you should try and avoid it becasue it can cause you pain and possibly even a flare. When also talk about IBS and IBD how different and similar they are. Me and Leah have a great conversation. Leah offer's great advise and shares her journey from the very start. Leah offers awesome advise too about different pages where you can share your story, and that you are not alone.
