On Mother’s Day morning—May 12, 2024—26-year-old Oklahoma cowboy and livestock transporter Austin Winn pulled into the Pilot Travel Center off I-20 and FM 1788 in Midland, Texas. Austin was a passionate, hardworking, third-generation horse and cattle hauler from Tecumseh, Oklahoma.
