Episode 2 - Rewriting The Sacrifice Story

In today’s episode, we are going to dive right into the myth of SACRIFICE. The meaning of sacrifice here in this myth is : an act of giving up something especially for the sake of someone or something else. A mother sacrificing herself for her child. Now, we are going to look at this definition from two different perspectives. And, then I’ll offer third. I share pieces of my own experience with self sacrifice, and illuminate how we can begin to shift out of this myth and into a world where mother and child are mutually nurtured, nourished and fulfilled inside of the mother/child bond.
