Aging is one of life's few universal experiences, and when I turned 30 years old last year, I ... had a less than great time. I realized my relationship with aging and getting older was flawed and unhealthy. In this episode, I discuss how, over the past year, I have worked on my perception of growing old and fixing the mindsets that have been promoting fear and anxiety. My hope is that my experience can assist and inform others.
