Episode 2 The Superstition Mountains

Too many people know about the Lost dutchman's gold mine, and not enough know about the tales and legends of the people that inhabited that land first. These are some of my favorite indigenous peoples' stories from a couple of the tribes that called these lands home. The drink for the evening is a classic margarita with a dark and spicy twist. Replace the regular salt or sugar you'd normally put on the rim and use black lava salt, make yourself a simple jalapeno syrup, mix with tequila, lime, and a teensy bit of activated charcoal(food grade) and enjoy!
