Across all of the episodes Tao MacLeod talks to a variety of keepers, who tell us about their careers, experiences and thoughts on this unique position. Connie Schmidt-Liermann is the 22 year old goalkeeper for the Uruguayan Ladies National Team, who also plays hockey for St. Patrick’s College in Montevideo. She started playing in goal at 16 years old and has an interesting perspective on her position, having participated in both the Hockey 5’s and 11-a-side outdoor variations of the sport.
