Episode 2 - Who am I & why am I qualified to lead you?

Make no mistake, I was homeless.  Alexa speaks about how to get from stage freight, panic, anxiety and OCD to confidence, filled with self love & out of fear.  What can you do to get yourself outside of your comfort zone?  Where have you had hiccups & missteps? Areas that you are not shining as brightly as you could be?  Maybe you are over-doing something, masking something, pushing something down?  How would you document your own story? Put the puzzle pieces together of why you are where you are today.  Meet Alexa Sometimes in life, we do need to be given a hard time in order to grow into the next person we are destined to become.  There are gifts in disguise.  Where is there a gift in disguise for you? Is it a challenging situation, a challenging person?  Maybe someone is not following your rules as it relates to parenting.  It is asking you to use your strong voice.  When people feel good about themselves & they feel good in your presence - they are going to put their best selves forward - all the time.  What have you experienced that shaped you and grew you?  How did you feel in your childhood? In your relationship? Do you feel similar emotions coming up in adulthood that you had in childhood? Just as Alexa talks about her childhood and loneliness and adult relationships?  Love is a relationship with self.  Allow yourself to go on the journey. Feel the feelings - the loneliness, the abandonment, the shame, the guilt.  The best thing  for you to do is to get it out of your body!  This is the greatest work that we can do as Mothers.
