Since launching the On Deck Designer Fellowship a few weeks ago, I've realised that the cohort comprises fabulous designers, and I'd love to highlight some of your journeys in design and leadership. Together with Dylan and Guilherme we touch on landing their first roles in design, how to get ahead in your early careers, what good leadership looks like, the leaders that inspired and supported them and what excites them about the future of the design industry. This will be a series of episodes where I get to talk to some of the incredible designers joining the Designer Fellowship and their journey in design so far.
