Episode 20 Always Under Construction

from Coach's Corner with Paul Ybarra · host SetFreeRecoveryCoach

www.setfreelife.netbit.ly/setfreecompWhy am I always under construction?I recently did a facebook live about this same question, so for those of you that weren’t able to tune in, I have created a BlogCast for this subject. I get this topic from true personal experience of the subject. And this is a question that can be re-phrased into many different ways as well. This pertains to the topics of “inventory, self-reflection, re-evaluation or introspect.” So, hopefully, you get the point. As I was driving my kids to school yesterday, I am driving near Grapevine Mills Mall here in Grapevine, Tx., and everyday for the last month or so, the lanes have funneled down from 3 to 2, and it gets bottle necked. This is very annoying for me. I like to keep things moving and moving safely and swiftly. But this part of my journey every day is like satan in my eyes lol!And I asked the question, “Why is this place always under construction?” And in that moment, I saw what I always teach and that is, “every day is a process.” So, how do I tie this into life? I am so glad you asked…. So, this particular area of construction has been going on for at least a few years, it sits right next to 121 and 114, and those that live in this area know exactly what I am talking about, and this is also the area of the DFW that there are a lot of joining cities and towns. This is where much traffic builds up, more developments are going up, houses and schools along with stores are being built, so the demand for more space and lanes is definitely affected. So, let's look inward now, the places that are holding up traffic in your life, are usually the things that have no flow, and they present a block in your mind that will only allow a certain amount of flow of information, people or situations to flow through. And until, you begin to chip away at the things prior to that place, you will never be able to push past through the places that you need to get by. Construction in your life is necessary! Listen to the audio above and please leave me a comment below and if this resonates with you, share this BlogCast out with your friends and family!
