Episode 20 - Carl, Phil and Bill from RevSpirits

Welcome to episode 20 of Inside The Line: The Catskills! On this episode, I have a great chat with Carl, Bill and Phil from RevSpirits. Located in the northern Catskills in a small town named Jefferson, these friends got together one day and decided to put their bees and their honey to good use. While much of the honey in retail stores is processed, RevSpirits honey is harvested locally and left raw, so all of its natural goodness stays in tact. After that, it is distilled and is made into a alcohol called a spirit (strong distilled liquor such as brandy, whiskey, gin, or rum.) We talk about how they started, what their process is and what future plans they have for their business. Prior to this interview, I had no knowledge on how any distilling or brewing is done, so this was a great learning experience for me!
