In this episode we talk about the implications that are caused by others when they choose not to do their job. Lets face it, we have all had our off days, but the fact that some people are consistantly lazy and have no concern with executing their job. This not only impacts the employer but also the client and everyone that relies on a job well done. If you are not satisfied with the company you are with, find a new one.
