Episode 20 - Gayle King Livin' La Vida Loca

from The Mark Peterson Show · host Mark A Peterson

Gayle King interviewed WNBA Player, Lisa Leslie, about the life and legacy of the late #KobeBryant. Ms. King, typically a good interviewer, went too far into the deep of the pool with this interview. Lisa Leslie is not a "groupie" or "hanger-on" for NBA players. She is an accomplished athlete (former WNBA champion), graduate of USC, commentator for the Orlando Magic, coach in the Big3 league, and a personal friend of Kobe Bryant for more than a decade. Leslie is the perfect character witness, but Gayle King dismisses her as if she were a teenage girl with a boy-band crush. Nonetheless, there are three more things that I hated about the King interview.
