Ian is a Thrive Consultant and helps vulnerable people tackle their own demons but he brings to the table his considerable life experience as well. Ian's story is a rollercoaster encompassing his career both in music, banking and also in a successful start up in the construction industry when most others were suffering. It features how he suffered betrayal at the hands a business partner he trusted implicitly; how during a breakdown he found himself being pulled from a motorway bridge and how two unlikely encounters set him on the path to recovery and to help others.
