Episode 20 - Jesus calls the tax-collector Matthew and publicly rebukes the Pharisees after they insult Him - Lenten Daily Gospel Bible Study - Saturday February 25, 2023 - Lk 5:27-32

This is the Every Catholic Man Gospel Devotional, where a man can draw closer to Jesus Christ, learn the Catholic faith and grow in happiness by becoming a better Catholic Son and Catholic Father. Today we hear Jesus, with Divine Power and Charisma, immediately converts the heart of the hardened tax collector Matthew and how Jesus asserts His Divine Authority and rebukes the misguided Pharisees. We’ll reflect upon need for every Catholic man to seek the Gift of Counsel from the Holy Spirit so he can more fully receive and proclaim the Truth and Mercy of Jesus to others. We’ll also consider the importance of growing in Virtue of Diligence by doing a daily Examination of Conscience so a Catholic man can practice continual conversion.
