Episode 20: Letting go of Labels....

from RAW CHATTER! Unfiltered Conversations on the Psychology of Addiction, Behaviour & High Performance · host Vicky Midwood - Human Performance Strategist

In this episode I am talking about labels... The 'ics' and 'isms' eg: Workoholic, perfectionism etc and looking at whether they keep us from creating the identity we really desire to have.  Are the actually helpful?  Or are they a 'get out clause' a way of letting ourselves of the hook and staying stuck... No conclusion in this podcatse I',m just sharing my ramblings on th topic and asking you what do you think?  If you ARE struggling with a health diagnosis and not getting the help you need please do reach out. If you KNOW you are hanging onto a label as an excuse NOT to change, also reach out for a chat, just sharing whats going going on may be all that you need to help ou let it go.  Vicky x Connect with me here:  LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/vickymidwood/ Website: https://vickymidwood.com/ Email: [email protected]
