Summary

The friends discuss Scott’s past month camping across the country and the many gifts given to us through Nature. They remind us how important it is to pay attention to where we give our energy and make choices from a deeper awareness about what does and does not feel good. They end the episode by guiding listeners through a short meditation to center us back into our hearts, into our connection to divinity, into love.
