Episode 20 - Work Hard, Play Hard, Find the JOMO

There are two types of Black Friday People: those who go out to stores and hustle, and those who stay at home in their pajamas watching the latest holiday movie on Netflix. Whichever one you are, this episode is for you! We sit down with our very special guest, Alex Imagna (coming straight off of her American Music Awards performance this past weekend) and talk about everything from every day hustling with work and life,  to taking a hot second to take care of ourselves. Between the 3 of us, we cover Generation X, Y AND Z, but regardless of our generation,  the take away is the same: Say yes to more of what makes you happy, say no to what doesn't, and always make your health and well being a priority. When we talked about how we wanted this episode to look, we knew we wanted the perfect mashup of hard work and self care. The conversation organically became something better than we could have imagined!
