In this 200th episode, Joey takes fellow hosts Jack, Lynne, and Tomelex on a trip down memory lane with a collection of the most memorable moments of the last 100 episodes. Launched in the summer of 2022, the Seacoast Podcast has brought four years of inspiring stories, learning from others, and laughing together. Along the way, the four hosts discuss whether political correctness has robbed society of smile-inducing, healthy humor, and they reveal that Joey just discovered Chuck Norris jokes.  They also question how transparent and open each of them are when it comes to sharing about their personal lives on air—including the limitations of their aging bodies.
