Milestones have a way of inviting us to look both backward and forward.Reaching a destination can remind us of how far we’ve traveled.But it also reminds us that there is still more road ahead.The Christian life is much the same.There are seasons when we recognize God’s faithfulness over many years.We can see how He has answered prayers, corrected our course, and patiently shaped our hearts.Yet even then, His invitation remains the same:“Keep walking.”After speaking about spiritual maturity, Paul now offers a simple but profound encouragement.Whatever progress we’ve made, let us continue faithfully in the path God has already shown us.
