Anthony "Bowat" Baratta was a reputed member of the Lucchese Crime Family. He came up in the 60's and 70's as a large scale dope dealer coming up under some of the biggest traffickers in the Mob. Eventually he became a high ranking member of the Lucchese Family and sided with lunatic Anthony Casso.
