Keep your eyes open for these tell-tale signs, because sooner or later they’re likely to come after you or a loved one. Plus, a look at the last minute surprises you could find in the attic or crawlspace of a listed home, important rule changes made in lending practices since 2010, the impact of Seattle’s “Summer of Love” and the reason people are choosing homes in the suburbs over condos in the city.
