Roxanne discusses common challenges mental health workers face when it comes to their own mental health, as well as factors that negatively impact their mental health. We discuss misconceptions or biases when it comes to the mental health of mental health workers, as well as how the work environment impacts the mental health of mental health workers. As an entrepreneur herself, Roxanne also discusses some of the unique challenges entrepreneurs in the mental health space face. Further, Roxanne shares ways mental health workers can improve their mental health and prevent burnout.
