Episode 201: SBC Secret Database Proves Leaders Never Cared About Victims

from The Speaking Out on Sex Abuse Podcast · host Jimmy and Clara Hinton

It keeps getting worse and worse for the SBC. The more we learn, the more we realize it is reckless at best and, at worst, completely incapable of change. After publicly claiming that it was impossible to create a database, we now know that it had it's own secret list of predator pastors all along. The SBC has a long road ahead, but honestly we're not convinced that it will change. We'll give our reasons why we think that, and give our opinion on what it will take to actually begin to change this broken culture of abuse and cover-ups.
