He's held a series of positions at global raw material companies where he led transformational efforts in green chemistry, and the development of new anti-microbial agents as safer & gentler preservatives for topical products. In 2018 he founded Actera Ingredients, a startup whose goal was to advance the science and efficacy of active agents for skincare and hair repair.
