This week on the Live to Walk Again Podcast we had the pleasure of speaking with Carlos M. who is a Spinal Cord Injury Survivor, a Gun Violence Survivor, a Twitch Streamer, and a Father. We talked about the shooting that left Carlos paralyzed 10 years ago, the large role his family and friends played in the early days after his injury, and overcoming the mental health issues that arise for so many people after suffering a spinal cord injury. We also chatted about his gaming and Twitch streaming, trying to encourage the kids in his neighborhood to stay out of the streets and away from trouble by doing the same thing, and raising his son after being shot and paralyzed.
