Hey guys it's RJ and Kalhil! In today’s episode we're going to be discussing Breaking Bad Habits. With the beginning of the new year each one of us always sets New Year’s resolutions. We all find ourselves wanting to start the new year as a new version of ourselves, not realizing that the things that are stopping us from achieving this are the bad habits that we bring with us from the previous year. To stop this cycle of unmet goals we must first address the habits that are impeding us from being the best versions of ourselves. As my father has always told me, “In order to have things you’ve never had, you must be willing to do things you’ve never done”. So, to reach that lofty goal of being a new you in the new year, you must shake off those bad habits that are getting in your way. Our hope is that our listeners will get something from this deep, honest, and real conversation from the viewpoint of both a Licensed Professional Counselors and a Licensed Social Worker.
