Eh oui, car généralement ce sont des épisodes pour vous annoncer les derniers investissements de daphni.  Alors aujourd’hui, nous sommes très heureux de vous faire découvrir Witco (que vous avez sûrement connu sous le nom de MonBuilding). Fondée en 2016 par Eliane Lugassy et Kévin Longer, Witco a développé la première application qui centralise tous les services proposés aux occupants afin d’améliorer leur expérience dans leur lieu de travail ou de vie. Aujourd’hui Witco vient de lever 14M$ aux côtés de daphni bien sûr mais aussi Eurazeo ainsi que son investisseur historique Naxicap, UL Invest, et quelques business angels de renom. Dans cet épisode, Eliane revient sur la genèse du projet, ses débuts seule, sa rencontre avec Kevin et tout le développement de Witco en passant par la crise du Covid, l’adoption massive du télétravail, puis le retour partiel au bureau qui a poussé les entreprises à redéfinir l’organisation de leurs espaces de travail.
