On this episode, this week’s guest is Gigi Ashworth (aka @gigieats).    Gigi is a food blogger for the website, GiGi Eats Celebrities, as well as a cookbook author of the book, "She Does Keto: The Complete Ketogenic Diet For Women", She's also has a fantastic sense of humor which you will hear all throughout this episode.  Gigi’s story of battling multiple health issues is one of kind but she battled through all those problems to build a platform that will help others and maybe even inspire people just to cook more. Gigi knows her passion which is food and presents that information in a fun and entertaining way.  Gigi is someone that I talk to often and it was so much fun having her on the podcast.
