Jenny was also named one of Management Today's "35 Women Under 35 2021" and was crowned "Young Business Person of the Year" at the Royal Tunbridge Wells Business Awards in 2016. Yoyo Design is a certified B Corporation. As a B Corp ambassador, Jenny promotes having a triple bottom line of profit, people, and planet and supports other companies as they undergo the accreditation process. She also speaks at conferences about the importance of building better businesses that put people and the planet at the heart of the organization. Jenny shares how and why she started Yoyo Design and reports on her experiences during the company's first few years in business. She expresses her thoughts on naïveté and taking leaps of faith, and she reveals what inspired her to lead by design and how it better serves her clients.
