Mario is also active in jazz performing regularly with his quartet and has 4 albums released to date. Mario is the founder and president of Berp & Company, producer of practice aids and accessories for brass musicians. He also founded the nonprofit Jazz in the Neighborhood that seeks to bring live jazz to the community.
