Marty Raphael, MCC NCOC, is an ontological business coach with over 10,000 hours of experience in the field. She is also the author of Spiritual Vampires and a mentor coach for Newfield Network. What is a generative definition of a leader, one that can help us find our way around the current crisis of leadership?
