Episode 21 – Mike Commodore

Mike Commodore and I have an incredible conversation about real life in the NHL. The former NHL veteran and Stanley Cup winner gives me as candid a look inside pro sports as I could ask for. Find out how tough it was to play against Pavel Datsuyk and how boredom can be a tough obstacle for pro athletes. Mike recounts the memorable 2004 run by the Calgary Flames to game seven of the Stanley Cup Finals plus the Carolina Hurricanes successful trip to the cup. During the Flames run we discover how Mike was kind enough to put the public safety ahead of his curiosity! If you're hockey fan or want the inside scoop on life as a pro athlete then this episode was made for your ears.
