from Clueless Crime Hosted by Clueless Crime
In this heartbreaking episode, we explore the 2007 case of 15-year-old Carly Ryan from Adelaide, South Australia — a bright, creative teenager whose life was tragically cut short by someone she thought she could trust. Carly had developed an online relationship with a boy named “Brandon Kane,” believing she’d found love. But behind the screen was not a teenage boy, but a 50-year-old man named Garry Newman, who had created a fake identity to groom and manipulate her. When Carly began pulling away, Newman’s obsession turned deadly.
