Episode 212: Ephesians Series- Pray About Everything

In rounding up his admonition to the Church in Ephesians to put on the armour of God, apostle Paul in verse 18 says “praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;” ‭‭ In essence, praying always is “living a prayerful lifestyle”, communing with God, being conscious of His presence asking for His help. I love the way Easy translation explains it- “...Pray about everything as God's Spirit helps you to pray....” Which means there is nothing, no situation too minute or too complicated that you can not pray to God about. Talk to God about everything- you can pray in understanding or in tongues. Tell Him you love Him, tell Him you need Him, tell Him of His wondrous works. Tell Him of your pains, your yearnings, your hurts, your aspirations. “...Pray about everything as God's Spirit helps you to pray. For this purpose, watch carefully all the time. Also, continue to pray for all God's people everywhere.” ‭‭ Pray for all the Saints in your local Church and across the globe.
