Heidi Germaine Schnappauf currently works in film and television as a stuntwoman, stunt coordinator, and actress. Heidi has recently worked on shows like NBC's Blindspot and AMC's The Walking Dead: World Beyond. She also recently completed directing her first feature film, which she also co-wrote.  In this episode, Heidi talks about her own personal wellness journey, how she overcame an eating disorder and created a healthy relationship with food, how she takes care of her body on and off set to be prepared for such a strenuous job, and how she recovered from a near career-ending neck injury.
