Paul came on to discuss the phenomenon of citizen journalists. Each day in Manchester's Piccadilly Gardens, a dozen or more Youtubers jostle for position to film the homeless, drug addicts and people who are down on their luck. The YouTubers do it for notoriety, follows and money.
