Episode 217 - Ashōka

Following an appearance earlier this summer on the Audio Junkyxrd podcast we were able to return the favor by welcoming its host Ashōka to the show! We discussed the different parallels between music production and the gaming world and how she’s found love in both so much so that her name was originally derived from her gamer tag early on. She told us about her love for the guitar and how honing her skills with it has allowed her to enter the loop making market and push sounds to other creatives through her website and social media. Ashōka also gave more insight on the backstory behind Audio Junkyxrd and where she aims to take the platform in the future as a central hub for different producers around the world. We really love what she’s done to give back to the community and help others all while still maintaining the different aspects of her personal life.
