Episode 218--Grace Hall's Keys 100 Race Report!

Grace Hall was back on the podcast with us this week to tell us all about her second 100-mile race, the Keys 100. She has learned a lot since she told us about her first 100-mile finish back in Episode 187, and she would need all of that--plus a determined crew and a lot of chocolate almond butter sandwiches--to get her through the southern Florida heat and to the line as the fourth woman and nineteenth finisher overall.
